    Each Maalicious piece is handmade with love and intention by our artisans in India. Here’s everything you need to know about when to expect your sparkle:

    Processing Time

    Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing. Custom and made-to-order pieces may take longer, but we’ll always keep you in the loop.

    Domestic Shipping (USA & India)

    • USA: Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days after processing.

    • India: Deliveries usually take 4–6 business days.

    • Free shipping on all U.S and India orders over $100!

    International Shipping

    We ship globally using trusted carriers. Shipping charges range between $15–$20, calculated at checkout.

    • Delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks, but please allow extra time during holidays or high-volume seasons.

    • Customs and import duties may apply based on your country’s regulations — these fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

    • Unfortunately, international orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

    Missing or Lost Packages

    If your package is marked “Delivered” but nowhere to be found, please first check with neighbors, your building’s front desk, or around your entrance. Still no luck? Email us at info@maalicious.com with your order number and we’ll do our best to assist.

    Please note: Maalicious is not responsible for orders that are lost or stolen after being marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
